    Meet the Author

    My name is Kasia Rain

    Before anything else, I’m a woman who understands what it’s like to feel disconnected from her own body.

    As a teenager, I felt lost. I didn’t feel safe, and I didn’t know how to love myself. I searched for belonging in all the wrong places, and by fifteen, I was struggling with an eating disorder and a deep sense of shame. I truly believed something was wrong with me.

     

    But then, movement found me.


    Not the kind you perform, but the kind that heals. Through sensual dance, yoga, and years of teaching, I discovered that movement could be a gentle way back home, a way to reconnect with softness, strength, and self-trust.

    Over the years, I’ve worked with so many women, mothers, students, professionals, artists, and no matter their story, they all carried the same quiet ache: the feeling of not being enough.

     

    That’s why I created this course.


    To offer a space where you don’t have to hold it all together.
    Where you can move freely, feel deeply, and be completely yourself, powerful, tender, emotional, radiant, without apology.
