This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all Sensual Goddess products and services, including Video Courses, Group Workshops, and Private Classes.

We aim to respond within 48 hours.

1. Video Courses (Digital Products)

All Sales Are Final

Because our video courses include instant digital access to all lessons and downloadable materials, all purchases are final and non-refundable. Once the content is delivered, it cannot be returned.

We encourage customers to review the course descriptions, preview materials, and FAQs before purchasing to ensure the course is the right fit.

Your Satisfaction Matters

While refunds are not available for digital products, we are committed to providing a positive experience. If you encounter any issues, such as trouble accessing content, broken links, or questions about using the course, please contact us at [your email]. We will respond as quickly as possible and ensure you get full access to everything you purchased.

Important Notes

Courses are a one-time purchase (not a subscription).
Access is granted immediately after payment.
Purchases cannot be transferred or exchanged after delivery.

Chargebacks

Please do not initiate a chargeback as a form of refund. If a chargeback is filed, we will provide documentation proving delivery of digital content. Bank investigations may take up to 50 business days, depending on your provider.

2. Group Workshops (In-Person Events)

Because group workshops require venue rental and limited spots, a different cancellation policy applies.

Full Refund Window

You may cancel your workshop booking for a full refund up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the workshop

Are non-refundable.
You may transfer your spot to another person at no cost, simply notify us by email.

Workshop postponements

If we must reschedule or cancel a workshop for any reason:

You may choose a full refund, or
Transfer your booking to another workshop date at no cost.

3. Private Classes (1:1 Sessions)

Private classes are customized and require studio time, so the following policy applies:

Full Refund or Free Rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule a private class up to 48 hours in advance for a:

Full refund, or
Free rescheduling to a new date.

Cancellations within 24 hours

Are non-refundable,
But you may request to reschedule for a €35 studio-fee compensation.

No-Show Policy

If you do not attend your booked session without notice, the session is non-refundable.

4. How to Request a Refund or Cancellation

To cancel or request a refund for any product or service, send an email to:

Please include:

Your name
Email used for purchase
Order confirmation or booking date
Product/service you wish to cancel

You will receive written confirmation within 48 hours.

5. Payment Timing & Processing

Refunds are processed back to your original payment method.
Please allow:

7–14 business days for our processing
Additional time depending on your bank’s policies

If you have not received your refund after this time, please contact your bank.
