Welcome to Sensual Goddess. By purchasing a video course, booking a group workshop or private class, or using our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Definitions

  • “Sensual Goddess”, “we”, “us”, “our” — the service provider.

  • “User”, “you”, “customer” — any person purchasing or using our products or services.

  • “Video Courses” — pre-recorded digital workout videos available for purchase.

  • “Group Workshops” — in-person group classes held at various locations in the Netherlands.

  • “Private Classes” — one-on-one in-person training sessions.

  • “Website” — the Sensual Goddess website where products are sold.

 

2. Eligibility

 

To use our services, you must:

  • Be 18 years or older

  • Be legally able to enter into agreements

  • Provide accurate and complete information

 

3. Services Offered

 

We provide:

  1. Digital Video Courses — one-time purchases delivered via email link.

  2. Group Workshops — scheduled in-person classes.

  3. Private Classes — individually booked sessions with personalized instruction.

 

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time.

 

4. Prices & Payments

  • All prices are listed in EUR and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

  • Payments are processed securely via third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, iDEAL, PayPal, Wix Payments).

  • We do not store or have access to your card details.

  • You agree to provide accurate billing information.

 

We reserve the right to update prices at any time.
Price changes do not affect past purchases.

 

5. Delivery of Digital Products

 

Video Courses

  • After purchase, you will receive an email with your personal access link.

  • Delivery is instant, but may take a few minutes depending on mail providers.

  • If you do not receive your link, contact us at [your email] and we will resend it.

 

You are responsible for keeping your access link safe and private.

 

6. Booking Workshops & Private Classes

 

By booking a workshop or private class, you agree to:

  • Arrive on time

  • Follow instructor guidance for safety

  • Wear appropriate clothing for movement

  • Notify us of any injuries or limitations

 

We reserve the right to refuse service if safety is at risk.

 

7. Cancellations & Refunds

 

Our Refund Policy is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions. In summary:

 

Video Courses

  • Full refund within 14 days of purchase.

  • After 14 days: non-refundable.

 

Group Workshops

  • Full refund up to 24 hours before the scheduled start.

  • Less than 24 hours: non-refundable.

  • If we cancel: you receive a full refund or transfer option.

 

Private Classes

  • Full refund or free rescheduling up to 24 hours before.

  • Less than 24 hours: non-refundable.

  • No-shows: non-refundable.

 

Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in documentation being submitted to your payment provider, which may prolong resolution up to 50 business days.

8. Use of Digital Content

 

When purchasing a video course, you receive a non-transferable, personal license to view the content for your own private use.

 

You may not:

  • Share or resell your access link

  • Upload, copy, or distribute the videos

  • Display the content publicly

  • Use it commercially without permission

Unauthorized distribution may result in legal action.

 

9. Health & Safety Disclaimer

 

All movement classes involve physical activity.

 

By participating, you confirm that:

  • You are fit to engage in light to moderate exercise

  • You have no medical conditions that prevent participation

  • You participate at your own risk

 

We are not liable for injuries resulting from misuse, incorrect technique, or ignoring instructor guidance.

If you are pregnant or have medical concerns, consult your doctor before participating.

 

10. Behaviour & Conduct

 

We maintain a respectful, safe, and supportive environment. We reserve the right to remove any participant who behaves inappropriately.

Including but not limited to:

  • Harassment

  • Disruptive behavior

  • Unsafe conduct

 

No refunds will be issued in such cases.

 

11. Privacy

 

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, store, and use your data.
By using our services, you agree to our data practices.

 

12. Intellectual Property

 

All content on the website, including videos, text, images, branding, and designs, is owned by Sensual Goddess. You may not copy, modify, reproduce, or distribute any content without written permission.

 

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law,

 

Sensual Goddess is not liable for:

  • Personal injuries from improper participation

  • Loss of data or service interruptions

  • Delays in email delivery caused by external providers

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

 

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question.

 

14. Governing Law

 

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of: The Netherlands & the European Union (GDPR, consumer law). Any disputes will be handled in Dutch courts.

 

15. Changes to Terms

 

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
The latest version will always be available on our website.
Continued use of our services means you accept the updated terms.
